These classes will utilize the latest and best proven strategies to produce wonderful results. In just 40 minutes, you’ll receive an amazing metabolic stacking full body workout. We will target all of your key muscle groups, blasting away fat and building lean muscle to transform your body and help you to get into the best shape of your life! These workouts will also incoporate cardiovascular training to increase fitness levels and burn optimum calories!

These workouts are designed to be fun, high energy and challenging as well as bringing you results! They are delivered in a friendly, supportive and positive group-setting and I will be there with you every step of the way to help motivate you so that you stay on track, push past obstacles, and ultimately achieve your fitness goals!

  • Do I have to be super fit to attend this class?

    Absolutely not! You don't have to be fit to attend - this class will MAKE you fit! This class (like all of my classes) is suitable for all fitness abilities. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and every exercise can be adapted to suit your needs and your level of fitness. The main thing is to keep moving and don't give up, as long as you're doing something, you're working! The more you attend, the fitter and stronger you will become!


  • I have an existing medical problem – Would I be ok to do this class?

    Without knowing the finer details of your current medical situation it’s very difficult to comment. As with all fitness programs as long as you have the go ahead from your GP to participate in the programme that’s fine!


  • What should I wear?

    Loose fitting and comfortable clothing or athletic clothing, with comfortable running shoes or trainers.


  • What do I need to bring along?

    All equipment including mats are provided so all I recommend you bring is a drink of water and a towel.


  • Do I need to book?

    No, just turn up!
