Thanks to the many benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training kicks your fat-burning furnace into high gear, sending your metabolism sky high so you're burning maximum calories up to 48 hours AFTER the workout!

Ever found yourself just wandering around the gym floor and winging your workout? (It's ok, we've all done it!) By incorporating individual "stations" as part of a whole-body circuit, you're guaranteed to hit every major--and minor--muscle group. By switching up exercises you're going to be challenging your body, and keeping your mind active and engaged... no room to get bored or hit a plataeu in this class!

Best thing of all though is that this workout is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities because every exercise can be regressed or progressed to suit you. No matter what current level you are physically, you're sure to get a safe, effective and seriously kick-butt workout!

  • Do I have to be super fit to attend this class?

    Absolutely not! You don't have to be fit to attend - this class will MAKE you fit! This class (like all of my classes) is suitable for all fitness abilities. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and every exercise can be adapted to suit your needs and your level of fitness. The main thing is to keep moving and don't give up, as long as you're doing something, you're working! The more you attend, the fitter and stronger you will become!


  • I have an existing medical problem – Would I be ok to do this class?

    Without knowing the finer details of your current medical situation it’s very difficult to comment. As with all fitness programs as long as you have the go ahead from your GP to participate in the programme that’s fine!


  • What should I wear?

    Loose fitting and comfortable clothing or athletic clothing, with comfortable running shoes or trainers.


  • What do I need to bring along?

    All equipment including mats are provided so all I recommend you bring is a drink of water and a towel.


  • Do I need to book?

    No, just turn up!
